The material won’t overstretch and requires zero break-in time. Basically, you get all the benefits of leather with none of the downsides.3D microdot touch zones amplify control, while ever-reliable ACC ensures your touch stays immaculate in all weather conditions. At the heel, an integrated Flyknit collar combines with interior padding to keep you locked in and minimize irritation. For all-round traction, the soleplate now features completely circular cleats at the forefoot in addition to the blades at the toe and heel, boosting agility for fast, decisive transitions.

    Cleat Class - Elite

The best of the best. Elite soccer cleats are the cleats professional players wear on-field, made using the highest quality materials and featuring the latest technologies and innovations. The premium option for players who demand the best possible performance from their cleats.

    Tiempo

Nike’s longest-standing cleat series, the Tiempo has maintained its place at the top of the game for decades by providing unrivaled comfort and control of the ball.

It’s undergone many revisions and redesigns since its creation, but in terms of looks, there’s a clear throughline from today’s Tiempos to the ones worn by so many stars in the 90s. If you like that old-school style of cleat but also want to benefit from the latest tech, the Tiempo is ideal.

While the first Tiempo dates back to 1983, its modern heritage began in 2005 with the Air Legend. Ronaldinho was the main man when it came to endorsement, showing that the Tiempo was equally effective in the attacking third as at the back and in midfield.

Since then, we’ve had numbered generations of the Tiempo Legend at regular intervals, with incremental changes made over the years to ensure the iconic cleat keeps pace with its rivals and continues to offer that winning combination of fit, feel, and touch. There have been signature editions for R10 and other Tiempo stalwarts such as Totti and Pirlo, along with a significant spinoff in the form of the purist’s favorite, the Premier.

So, is it a defender’s cleat? Or a midfield maestro’s? What about strikers? Honestly, all of the above. Whichever position you play, you want what the Tiempo offers. There’s a reason it’s been around for so long: it’s one of the best cleats ever made.

    Nike

Nike’s mission is “to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world”. For decades, their cleats have done exactly that, being seen on the feet of amateur and professional players alike, all around the globe.

Starting with “The Nike” back in 1970, the Swoosh’s designs have always led the way when it comes to combining style and performance.

Their modern range includes the ever-popular Mercurial for speed, as worn by the legend that is Cristiano Ronaldo, along with the touch-focused Phantom GT. Or, if you prefer a classic cleat, the more traditional Tiempo and Premier are your go-to options.

Nike offer cleats for all types of surface and levels of play, including their exclusive Anti-Clog editions with soleplates designed specifically for wet, muddy pitches.

    BRING BACK THE OLD TIEMPO!!

Why did Nike mess with a good thing? I have a player with a very wide toe box, and the original Tiempo has been the only boot she can comfortably play in. We've purchased at least 5 pairs of this boot, and I recently ordered her a new pair and was so disappointed when we took them out of the box, because we could immediately feel the difference. Once she put it on, it was significantly more narrow, and the overall feel was not great at all--stiff and definitely not the comfort she's come to trust from this boot. Currently on the hunt for an older version on clearance for her, since these went immediately back. You missed the mark on this one, Nike.

    Why mess with greatness

After 35+ years, Nike changed Tiempo to a 'sustainable' fabric rather than natural leather. Perfect for super narrow feet as opposed to the ONLY cleat option for wider feet. I'm all for sustainability yet they are incredibly snug and most likely will not stretch with the 'patented technology'. Back to the forever hunt to find a realistic toe box for an ATHLETIC BOOT. Continuously baffled at the mass footwear industry's lack of acknowledgment of the importance for appropriately supportive footwear. Let's begin with width options and how it helps injury prevention... annoyed is an understatement.

    Sincerely disappointing

It really is a shame the direction they've taken with the Nike Tiempo Legend. I bought these to try on and see if they truly felt "softer than natural leather" as they were constantly claiming through social media, and I regret to share that I found them nowhere near softer than natural leather. In fact, the upper is just thinner and flimsy. Another disappointing aspect of these was the fit and sizing. Normally I wear a size 9. When I tried these on in this size, I found them to fit longer/pointier compared to the Legend 9's. This compared to the compressed fit along the arches resulted in an awkward fit. If I was to go down to an 8.5 the length may have been fine but the width would be too tight. There are many people that will like these boots, but also so many others that won't. For comparison, I found that even the Legend 9 Pros are far superior than these Legend 10 elites. I would strongly suggest buying the Legend 9 Pros/Elites over these 10 out 10 times.

    Comfortable after breaking in

At first these shoes fit tight and uncomfortable, but after stuffing them with socks and leaving them overnight before a tournament they stretched out and felt awesome. I hope they last a long time. I recommend doing that to break them in, in addition to wearing them before serious use!

New Tiempos are so poorly made

These are the poorest constructed shoe that Nike has made. The old Tiempo's cleats would wear out before any integrity issues occurred with the shoe. With this redesign, the inside of the shoe (heel) disintegrates within a couple of weeks, making them unwearable.

This is the 3rd pair my sons had. I was surprised that this time they’re made with 20% recyclable material which has changed to texture from the boot from a soft leather to a more plastic feel. My son still likes them and says they’re just a comfortable.

Great cleats. Very comfortable and the material feels great in the ball. However, the cleats deteriorated very rapidly. After three mo the of average use, the bottom of one of the cleats split open. Not what I would like to see after three months.

The fit of the cleat took a whole 180… nothing close to the oh tiempos. I’m honestly a little disappointed because they made them a lot more narrow too. This is my second time returning them. I don’t know if they are worth the hassle tbh.

    Ground Type Guide

Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your cleats, but also to avoid the risk of injury.

Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.

    Firm Ground

Cleats with Firm Ground soleplates are only to be used on natural short-grass surfaces that is firm underfoot but may be slightly wet.

Designed specifically for this playing surface, they offer acceleration, comfort and enhanced traction, dispersing stud pressure evenly across the foot.

FG soleplates are fixed (not removable) and are used worldwide; wetter countries tend to use them spring to autumn.

FG cleats are not to be used on artificial ground (AG) surfaces as the construction is not designed for the extra friction.

FG cleats used on AG surfaces will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
