Built for progressive, dynamic players like Neymar Jr, the PUMA Future Z 1.2 FG/AG is all about quickness: quick mind, quick feet. The eyecatching FUZIONFIT+ compression band at the midfoot is the key to its unrivaled fit and feel, providing adaptive lockdown to suit your individual foot shape and movements.Further enhancing agility, the new Future Z also features a Dynamic Motion System outsole, which has an asymmetric design with uniquely shaped cleats that allow super-fast changes of direction. While you’re turning, GripControl Pro texturing on the upper will see you manipulate the ball with all the ease of the Brazilian superstar himself as you evade opponents left and right.
Laceless
No laces also means no delay in getting your cleats on and ready to play, and avoids the possibility of a loose cleat letting you down in a vital moment once you’re on the field. They look stylish too, forming a sleek silhouette that makes the goals you score in them seem just that little bit better.
Cleat Class - Pro
Future
With that in mind, PUMA focus on fit and stability for their modern playmaker’s cleat, ensuring you have the right amount of support and traction to change direction quickly and leave opponents reeling.
The concept began in 2018 with the Future NETFIT and its lace-how-you-like customizable closure system. Then we had the Future Z with its trademark midfoot band and soleplate bridge, followed by the Future Ultimate, which uses PWRTAPE tech on the upper to offer targeted support. The goal is the same with every Future: to enable players to move unrestricted. The only limit is your imagination.
That’s why Neymar Jr wears the Future – it’s the perfect match for his skillful, creative style, full of feints and body swerves. Likewise Jack Grealish and Dzsenifer Marozsan. If you like to put defenders on the floor, you’ll love playing in the Future.
Puma
All five have wowed spectators wearing perhaps the most iconic cleat of all: the PUMA King. Having been tweaked and refined over the years since its introduction in 1968, the King’s now available in a lighter, more streamlined design that’s engineered for modern playmakers.
The PUMA range also includes the agile Future Z and the superfast Ultra, both of which use the latest tech to provide lightweight performance that lets your skills shine.

Ground Type Guide
Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your cleats, but also to avoid the risk of injury.
Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.
Firm Ground
Cleats with Firm Ground soleplates are only to be used on natural short-grass surfaces that is firm underfoot but may be slightly wet.
Designed specifically for this playing surface, they offer acceleration, comfort and enhanced traction, dispersing stud pressure evenly across the foot.
FG soleplates are fixed (not removable) and are used worldwide; wetter countries tend to use them spring to autumn.
FG cleats are not to be used on artificial ground (AG) surfaces as the construction is not designed for the extra friction.
FG cleats used on AG surfaces will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
